When we set out to launch White Wing, a Belgian brew named after a local bird, we asked ourselves: How can we make discovery of this new brew a little more … unexpected? The answer came to us in the form of a tap handle – wirelessly connected to a cuckoo clock – that sounds off each time the White Wing tap is pulled. An offbeat nod to the brewery’s German roots.
