Challenge:
Since 1868, Frost has grown steadily by serving its customers with integrity and an unrelenting service ethic. But over the past couple of decades Frost faced an onslaught of competition as big banks with giant marketing budgets began moving into Texas. We took the opportunity to drive a wedge between those monoliths and the uniquely personal care at Frost.
We wanted to create an app that was not only secure and on par with user expectations, but that would pass the thumbprint test: an app that could come from no bank but Frost.
